configtest starting mode

I't would be very very good if there will be a "configtest" startup method when logstash just parse and validate the config and exits with errorlevel 0 if config is valid, or with errorlevel 1 if the config isn't correct.
(I try to write an init.d script and the configtest functionalitity would be very useable before a restart)
