A discourse on puppet-logstash-generator

The puppet module is really messy imo, so I'm constructing a new one, but the generator is sweet, so I want to use it.

Note: mysql2 gem was not successfully installed, because I don't care about mysql's dependencies enough to install them on my last 10 GB SSD space.

With changes to the generator not to barf.

Outputs look nice and are a nice upgrade to the current outputs/inputs/filters in the puppet module.

Attached are the outputs for your tranquil enjoyment and contemplation. The suffix-number is logstash's commit hash it was built from.

A little more aggressive garbage-collect on jira.com, expecting follow-up activities to take place on github issues

The wrong was with the generation that requires all gems to be installable.

The generator is not used any more and will be removed from the repo list.
